Integrated Solution

The DuraVision FDF2304W-IP connects to an IP camera or switch to immediately begin streaming video. It does not require a PC, software, or other hardware to operate, greatly simplifying installation and saving on time and labor costs. This also eliminates several potential points of failure and addresses security concerns typical of a conventional setup by heavily reducing the amount of equipment needed to manage sensitive visual data.

Video Decoding

The DuraVision FDF2304W-IP can decode H.264 and MJPEG codecs, displaying them in real time for assessing any situation quickly. In addition, the decoding technology ensures a high fps (frames-per-second) for displayed content, even when streaming high-resolution video. For example, 16 video feeds at 640 x 480 resolution displayed simultaneously on a single monitor achieve a consistent 20 fps.

Secure Investment with Support for Over 250 Cameras

The DuraVision FDF4627W-IP supports cameras with ONVIF Profile S, Axis VAPIX, and Panasonic protocols for flexible installation and ensured interoperability with a wide range of products. In addition, a direct connection through RTSP is available (Direct URI).

Register Cameras with the Intuitive Web UI

Up to 16 different IP cameras can be registered to the IP decoding monitor through the intuitive web UI. Cameras can be discovered automatically or registered manually, and individual settings are easily managed from a remote location.

Live Streaming Directly from IP Cameras

Connecting IP cameras directly to the DuraVision FDF2304W-IP allows for the live streaming of video without a decentralized recording solution, such as edge recording or cloud archiving. This provides a solution for scenarios which require live streaming without the storage of recorded images.

Adjustable Screen Layout

With the user-friendly web UI, you can easily adjust the layout of the video streams with 6 default options, displaying up to 16 screens on the monitor. In addition, flexible arrangement of the screens in a custom layout allows you to fulfill individual viewing needs. With custom layout you can merge individual windows to focus on specific areas, or split them to see more on a single screen. Video feeds can be viewed in the original aspect ratio or stretched to fill the custom-created space.

EIZO works with security & surveillance industry leaders to ensure technical compatibility and functional support with various VMS (video management system).

Genetec Security Center Plugin

EIZO and Genetec came together to design a plugin that meets highly requested end user requirements for security systems worldwide. By integrating with Genetec™ Security Center video wall framework, users can easily setup and manage EIZO’s DuraVision IP decoding monitors and IP decoding box remotely. Using the Security Center interface, operators can simply drag and drop the video feed from registered cameras to the desired position and the settings will automatically be reflected on the target monitor. The number and layout of the video feeds can also be easily configured on the same screen. DuraVision IP decoding solutions can also respond to dynamic instructions from Security Center when specific events occur, such as enlarging the screen in response to a unauthorized entry.

Customizable Event Response

The web API supports customizable integration with the local VMS. This allows events or alarm monitoring to be communicated from the VMS to the IP decoding monitor, instructing it to respond to a given event. The DuraVision FDF2304W-IP then adjusts the layout or settings accordingly.

High Visibility

Visibility Optimizer for Clear Images

EIZO’s unique technology called Visibility Optimizer includes a number of functions for improving the clarity of images in security & surveillance environments. Individually optimize these settings for up to 4 connected cameras in any layout.

Low-Light Correction

Low-Light Correction detects areas of the screen that are dark and difficult to see and adjusts the brightness of each pixel. This reproduces highly visible images with a realistic sense of depth by brightening dark areas while keeping lighter areas from becoming washed out.

Outline Enhancer

Outline Enhancer analyzes the displayed content and ensures that noise is not accentuated while correcting blurred areas for a sharper, clearer image. For images with a great deal of depth, it sharpens the foreground more strongly to maintain a real-world sense of focus.
