The 58 inch viewing area of LS580W enables a new dimension in medical imaging allowing high flexibility in arranging different screen layouts. Important pictures can be scaled to the desired size, less important information can be moved out of the focus. The LS580W supports life time luminance stability. Its tone curves match DICOM/CIE recommendations. The monitor can be mounted to ceiling suspensions and is ideal for operating rooms where multiple medical images need to be displayed simultaneously.

The adapter can be used for monitors with hole spacing 400×200 (VESA-Standard) to mount them to holder or suspensions with hole spacing VESA 100×100 or VESA 200×200.
The foot switch FS500 with a 5 meter cable (sold separately) can be used together with the recorder MIR-1 for basic operations such as start/stop recording or still image recording. This is useful in environments where the medical staff cannot reach the recorder directly during surgery.
Combined with the LMM0802, LMM0804 or LMMM0802-HDM, the number of connected video sources and monitors can be increased with the Extron DMS 2000 DVI matrix switcher.
Softwareversion 4.0.0 or higher is needed to support the matrix switcher.

The PDC0100 converts analog video signals into digital DVI format. This allows existing analog systems and devices that use digital signals to be combined. With a range of accessories and high interconnectivity, the converter allows maximum flexibility for integration into existing systems.
The DVI transmission links TDL3600 and TDL2300 allow high quality video data to be transmitted between PC and monitor over a distance of up to 36 meters without any loss of quality. This means that image signals can also be routed to ceiling mounted monitors. With conventional connection cables, error-free image transmission is only possible over a maximum distance of 5 meters.
